- Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. All items are sent with recorded delivery. Customers have the option of choosing between Speacial Delivery, First Class or Second Class post. All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch to avoid disappointments.

- Returns & Replacements
- Returns must be reported to us within 3 business days. We will then give you a "RN" (Return Number). You must send the item you wish to return along with your receipt and RN number to us within 7 days. All equipment must be in its original condition.

1. Phone order - Simply call in or request a free call back to place your order.
2. Online order - Add items to your online shopping cart and checkout in seconds.

- We accept all major Cerdit & Debit cards. We have integrated the popular google checkout for your convinience. In addition to that you can pay by using Cheque or Paypal.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your orders all you have to do is log in and click on "My orders". while logged in you will have access to features desighned to make reapeated orders easy and convinient.
- Updating Account Information
- We advice that you update your account information regularly. Goods will be send to your default address in your account unless otherwise stated.
